Visitors arriving at a South African heritage site
Tourism

From discovery to booking to experience.

Sell what your partners offer, in your brand, on the spot — and supply everything the visitor handles while they are with you.

The gap

A visitor asks what there is to do, and books it somewhere else.

Almost every hotel, estate, attraction and destination has the same hole in its revenue: it can sell its own product, and it can recommend everyone else’s. The recommendation is worth nothing, because the booking happens on somebody else’s platform, at somebody else’s margin, and you never see it again.

Our booking engine closes that hole. You bring the partners you already work with onto one system and sell their activities, tours and experiences alongside your own — bookable and payable on the spot, in your brand, without another app to download.

01

Bring your partners on

The operators you already recommend load their own products, availability and pricing. You approve what appears.

02

Present it where they are

On the screen in reception, on the website, and on the phone in the visitor’s hand — the same live catalogue in all three.

03

They book and pay

A real booking with a real payment, confirmed to the visitor and to the operator, on the spot, while they are still standing there.

04

Everyone gets told

The operator gets the booking, the visitor gets the confirmation, and you get a record of what your property actually sold.

05

You own the relationship

The venue collects the money and keeps the customer. ConsumeX supplies the platform and the supply network, and invoices a platform fee.

06

It scales sideways

One estate, a hotel group, or a whole destination — the same engine, white-labelled to each, with partners shared across them.

Where it runs today

Not a prototype. Taking real bookings.

Arabella

The residents’ and guests’ activity platform for the estate — what is on, what can be booked, and who is running it, presented to the people already on the property.

1day

A live Cape Town day-tour marketplace taking real bookings and real payments from real customers, with independent operators managing their own availability.

stuff2do

The white-label version of the same engine, for any destination that wants its own branded activity platform rather than a listing on someone else’s.

  • Partners manage their own availability and pricing
  • Real payments, confirmed to both sides
  • White-labelled to the venue or the destination
  • Runs on screens, website and phone from one catalogue

And the printed side

Tickets, tags and the things a visitor keeps.

Tourism is still a printed business at the point of contact: the ticket, the wristband, the map, the bag from the gift shop, the tag on the luggage while they are out for the day. We make those too, on the same chain and to the same standard as the airline stock.

  • Entry tickets, parking tickets and controlled stock with document tracing
  • Left-luggage and gate-check tags, including the patented eReceipt tag
  • Retail packaging and carry bags for the gift shop
  • Printed guides, maps and collateral, consistent across every site

Tell us where your customer meets you.

We will come back with what we would make, how it reaches every location you operate, and what happens after it is in their hand. Every enquiry is answered within one business day.
