ConsumeX ONE

Every location orders its own. You see one spend.

The ordering platform behind our enterprise accounts — your stock in our warehouse, a bespoke catalogue per site, and delivery to wherever it is needed.

The problem it exists to solve

Group procurement fails at the site level.

Head office agrees a specification and a price. Then one property runs out on a Friday and buys locally at twice the cost and the wrong quality; another over-orders and writes stock off; a third is still using last year’s artwork. Nobody sees any of it until the invoices arrive from forty different suppliers.

ConsumeX ONE removes the local purchasing decision entirely, because the stock is already yours and already in our warehouse.

CENTRAL

One catalogue, per location

Each site sees only what it is entitled to order, at the price and specification head office agreed. Approval rules by property, region or role.

CENTRAL

One inventory, one spend

Your stock, held in our warehouse, visible as a single position rather than forty cupboards nobody can count.

LOCAL

Requisition, not purchase

A site orders what it needs from its own catalogue. No quotes, no local supplier, no negotiation, no variation in what the guest ends up holding.

US

Pick and distribute

We pick from your inventory and deliver to the property, the station or the depot — wherever it is actually needed.

US

Replenish before the stockout

Consumption is visible, so the trigger to reproduce is ours to watch rather than a site manager’s problem to notice.

OR

Integrate instead

API-enabled, so your own ERP or procurement system can requisition directly and ONE stays invisible.

Proven at network scale

Deployed across an airline’s African stations.

ConsumeX built a bespoke deployment for an international franchise carrier, covering order placement, fulfilment and stock management across its African station network, alongside consumables specified for its 737 MAX programme. It ran for years, to the end of that airline’s operations.

Today the requisitioning portal runs on a commerce platform rather than a bespoke build — the same job, on infrastructure that is somebody else’s to keep online. Some of South Africa’s largest brands order through it now.

What it removes

  • Local purchasing at local prices, invisible to head office
  • A different quality and lead time at every site
  • Stockouts at whichever site runs out first
  • Artwork drift — one property still printing last year’s version

What it gives back

  • One standard across the whole network, evidenced rather than hoped for
  • One inventory position and one spend number
  • A measurable fill rate, reported to you
  • One supplier answering for both the product and the platform
Getting started

It begins with a specification, not a subscription.

We start by understanding what each product actually has to do inside your operation. The platform follows from that — it is how the stock reaches the sites, not the thing being sold.

01

The need

What the product does in the operation, not what it costs to print. Perhaps a new catering item, perhaps a self-serve tag requirement.

02

The product

We develop and produce the item that fits, to quality and to budget, and hold the artwork and compliance record.

03

The network

Your stock goes into the warehouse, catalogues are built per location, and every site starts requisitioning.
