Visitors arriving at a South African heritage site
The booking engine

Sell what your partners offer, not just your own.

One catalogue of everything a visitor can book, white-labelled to your property, with the money on your rail and the relationship still yours.

The gap

You recommend it. Someone else gets paid.

Every hotel, estate, attraction and destination has the same hole in its revenue. It can sell its own product, and it can recommend everybody else’s. The recommendation is worth nothing, because the booking happens on another platform at another company’s margin, and you never see it again — not the sale, not the guest, not the data.

01

Bring your partners on

The operators you already recommend load their own products, availability and pricing. You approve what appears and what does not.

02

Present it where they are

Reception screen, your website, and the phone in the visitor’s hand — one live catalogue behind all three.

03

They book and pay

A real booking with a real payment, confirmed to the visitor and to the operator, while they are still standing in front of you.

04

Everyone is told

The operator gets the booking, the guest gets the confirmation, and you get a record of what your property actually sold.

05

You keep the relationship

The venue collects the money and owns the customer. ConsumeX supplies the platform and the supply network, and invoices a platform fee.

06

It scales sideways

One estate, a hotel group, or a whole destination — same engine, white-labelled to each, partners shared across them.

Running now

Not a prototype. Taking real money.

A residential estate

The residents’ and guests’ activity platform: what is on, what can be booked, who runs it — presented to the people already on the property.

A day-tour marketplace

A live Cape Town marketplace taking real bookings and real payments from real customers, with independent operators managing their own availability.

White-label, for any destination

The same engine, branded to the venue rather than listed on somebody else’s aggregator.

  • Partners manage their own availability and pricing
  • Real payments, confirmed to both sides
  • Runs on screens, website and phone from one catalogue
  • No commission on your own inventory — that was always yours
Who owns what

The venue owns the rail. We own the network.

This matters more than it sounds, and it is the question every finance director asks second. The money runs on the venue’s own payment rail — we do not sit in the middle of your cash. ConsumeX supplies the platform and the supply network behind it, and invoices a platform fee for that.

Nothing about your existing commercial arrangements with those operators has to change. If you already have a rate with a tour company, that rate carries over.

Tell us where your customer meets you.

We will come back with what we would make, how it reaches every location you operate, and what happens after it is in their hand. Every enquiry is answered within one business day.
